How to Get Started
Step 1 - Call
Call 478-929-0294 Call us at Middle Georgia Behavioral Health Center. Our friendly office staff will help you with making an appointment, deciding which provider is the best fit for you, or which services may be most appropriate.
Step 2 - Complete Forms
You have two options: 1. Arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early to complete paperwork 2. Download our forms here and complete them before you arrive
Step 3 - Intake
Our first appointment will consist of getting to know each other, reviewing your history, figuring out your goals, deciding if we are a good fit, and setting up a plan for how to move forward.
Step 4- Treatment
Subsequent appointments will depending on your goals, assessment vs therapy, and how often we decide to meet.
